I've always suffered from dry sore chapped lips all year round, I've tried plenty of lip balms yet none have done the job. This has resulted in me not being able to wear matte lipsticks and having to stick with hydrating formulas instead. I had seen the Nuxe Reve De Miel circling the blogging community but after my history of balms I still thought this wouldn't work and at £9.50 I thought it would be money lost. But after feeling really fed up with the condition of my lips I caved in and bought it.
The texture of this balm is very different from others I've tried, the Nuxe Reve De Miel is almost matte and very thick which is why I love using it at night like a lip mask. When I woke up the next morning I honestly couldn't believe how soft and smooth my lips felt, this balm is a god send! I can now wear any kind of lipstick I want, whenever I want! A few nights ago I forgot to apply this so my lips were a little sore the next morning but no way compared to how they use to be, I just applied a tiny amount under my lipstick and it still worked a dream. Because the texture is near enough matte it doesn't make your lipstick shiny.
I highly recommend getting this balm if like me for years you've been on the hunt for a balm that works.
